“Service” refers to all products and services provided by Examio, including online and offline testing, study materials, digital resources, and related services. “User” refers to anyone who visits or uses our website or services. “Content” includes text, data, files, graphics, or any information displayed on the website or services. “You/Your” refers to the individual or entity using or accessing Examio’s services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our services, you agree to these terms and any amendments or updates. You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Continued use of the services following any changes means you accept and agree to them.

Examio provides a range of educational services, including but not limited to: Examination and assessment services for individual students and institutions, custom performance reporting for students and educational institutions, study materials for students (primarily up to class 12th, CBSE board), website and digital solutions, and optional tutoring services (online and home tutoring).

You agree to use our services lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use. This includes: Avoiding the posting of defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content, and not attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users’ data.

Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account information.

Account Activity: You are responsible for any actions taken using your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately at support@examio.in.

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you use. Testing Services: Fees for testing, tutoring, or digital solutions will be provided at the time of booking or purchase.

Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing but will provide notice of any changes before they take effect.

Testing Services: Fees for completed tests or exams are non-refundable. Tutoring Services: Refunds for tutoring are subject to the terms provided at the time of booking.

Digital Products: Digital products (e.g., study materials) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

All content, design, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are owned by Examio or its licensors. You may not use this content for commercial purposes without our permission.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. Examio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

Our collection and use of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your personal data in accordance with the policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

India: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. International Users: International users must comply with local laws but agree that Indian law will govern the ToS.

You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online behavior and acceptable content. You may not use the services in any country or manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Continued use of the services after the posting of updates means you agree to the changes.
